Our values are reflected in our competency framework which outlines a clear set of behaviours. Together with our values they are strongly aligned with our purpose. It identifies the behaviours that we value and expect from everyone. Through our framework, we’ll develop behaviours which will drive our own, our team’s and our organisation’s performance.
