Regular readers of the forum will know that I work and live in Paris. I am putting out a call for help for one of our recent interns whose husband was one of the victims in the Bataclan massacre10 days ago.

She has just graduated from Paris-Sorbonne with a Masters2, and spent a year as an intern in our Group HR team at ENGIE (ex GDF SUEZ). During this period she supported our Compensation & Benefits and Executive Development teams :

- organising organisational analysis and job descriptions to be used for both job evaluation and building of bespoke development plans for high potentials and senior executives

- organising remuneration benchmark studies via Hay PayNet for a wide variety of countries, as well as administering and operating the JEM (Job Evaluation Manager) and PayNet tools of Hay

Justyna is a polish national with excellent English, fluent French, the basics of Russian and of course fluent Polish. She has a driving licence. She is fully proficient in Word, Excel Powerpoint etc and is ideally seeking a junior HR role in London

I have no hesitation in recommending her and would love to offer her a position in one of our companies but we have currently a recruitment freeze in place.

If anyone has an opportunity, or knows of one please send me a personal message and I will put her in touch with them
