looking for a little bit of guidance, I am currently doing the CIPD advanced diploma in HRM, completed and passed my 1st module performance management. Now I am doing 7LMD, already a month in, did a lot of reading from different documents, journals and books, when coming to completing my learning outcomes I am getting confused were to start from, seems long and the 8 learning outcomes seem very different to me or at least imagining they are.
Any guidance on how I should split this up? anyone who's done this already and can guide me in the right direction will be appreciated, you can reply on here or take it offline to my email firstname.lastname@example.org
