I have a business leader looking to gain feedback on his team and the relationship that they have with their internal customer base.  Specifically, he would like to get feedback in a similar way as a 360 degree feedback but asking the internal customers to think about the team as a whole, the level of support they get and the level of engagement they feel they have with them.

So, although I have an online tool that we can use to send out the survey, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of any other tools that we could also also consider using.  Also, it would be great if anyone has anything similar that they have done and would be willing to share the questions used that we could refer to as a starting point to build our questions from.
