I know. That time already.
The good news is that as well as having access to this community of your wonderful peers, we're giving away an ‘early bird’ incentive (as they say in the business)... a report: Improving social mobility; inside the HR profession and beyond
If you head over here and renew online*, you'll see a short membership questionnaire to complete to get a copy of the report.
* If you renew via direct debit, you will also receive the report after the first payment of the new financial year is debited from your account.

You might be inundated with FAQ's here but I wont feel to bad being the first to question.

My student term is over and officially ends when results out in June approx. I do not work in HR yet what membership should I be aiming to renew. I will be qualified.

    Thanks Dean.

Congratulations on reaching the end Dean! It’s a fantastic achievement and definitely a great first step towards a career in HR.

As you have completed a CIPD qualification you will remain a student member until you have gained the experience to upgrade to professional membership.

Do make good use of the resources that are available to you. Pop along to your local branch to see what events are running and get to know the local HR community.

If you are looking for a role in HR then do make sure you keep an eye on the job postings through PM jobs. Our careers site has lots of useful stuff on there to do with CV and interview preparation. You can also use the company profiles bank to help you prepare for your interviews. It’s quite nifty as it gives you background info on companies and even a SWOT analysis.

Keep checking in to the CIPD website as it provides you with the information you need to keep up to date with what’s going on in the HR world and once you have secured a role in HR you can use the online resources to help you apply the learning in to practice and hit the ground running!

    Good luck Dean!

A (not so gentle) nudge if you didn't renew your membership in July.

Please, please do so now in order to retain your member services after September 30th - and that includes this pretty flippin' useful online community of your peers.

The Communities are almost 10 years old and we'd hate to lose you.

    More info about renewal here.
