Ulrich model

I am hoping for some feedback on the implementation of the Ulrich model within your business.  What stage you are at, lessons learnt and what your future implemation looks like.  Also the numbers within your HR function in the different areas and whether this includes the training function (is your business highly regulated).

    Is this for a project?  I don't believe that there are that many people who have knowingly entered into an implementation of the 'Ulrich' model under that name, nor many who have slavishly followed the model in its purist form (nor who would want to).  Ulrich certainly puts the blame for any failure of the model on businesses tinkering with it!
