Does anyone know the best way in which information obtained from exit interviews can be presented in order to find common themes?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Georgina, and welcome to the Communities
When you're deciding how to muster your data, one key factor is the number of exit interviews you undertake in a given period and whether you have enough for the results to be statistically significant.
The way the questions are worded and the nature of the information that is elicited will also influence how you then structure any analysis.
Have you inherited an exit interview format or are these free-form interviews where the leaver can say whatever they feel?
