After 6 months in my current role I have been asked to develop a peer review format for our senior leadership and board. Over the last 18 months the company have rolled out a new review process for most of the employees, with feedback being gathered from peers and managers, but there has not been any vehicle to provide feedback to senior management.
The MD has asked me to draft a review process to present to the board to ensure that senior leadership give and receive feedback on one another. As this has not been done before and is likely to received mixed responses I wanted to ask you all for your input on your own review particularly at board/senior leadership level. What has worked etc. what structures you have used before etc.
I think this one is going to be a hard sell so I would be grateful for any advice.
