Whenever I get to speak with members of this wonderful Community in person I learn a lot. 

However, this is happening a little less than before so I want to make it 'a thing' to interview at least ONE of you each week.

'Interview' isn't quite the word... more like a 'chat' really. I like to get a sense of what you are passionate about, how you found (or stumbled upon) the Community, why you visit, what you were looking for, what problem(s) you want to solve and so on. 

Understanding this will also help us zero in on what we should be doing to improve the whole Community experience - and help me to tell the story of the value you get from using it.

Of course I learn a lot from participating in discussions, but I want to proactively set aside time each week to 'interview' (that word again) one Community member in depth.

We can do this on the phone or via Skype - whichever is easier for you.
