With the increasing abundance of HR talent in the region, judging the CIPD North East of England HR&D Awards is getting increasingly challenging.
To assist with the awe-inspiring applications that we anticipate to receive, this year’s judging panel boasts not only independent CIPD committee members, individual award sponsors and associate sponsors Nigel Wright to pick the finalists and winners, but also leading HR practitioners from the area and previous winners of the awards.
The Judges will be tasked with looking at the extent to which submissions meet the category criteria and for any compelling evidence that illustrates the power of the achievement. The panel also look for where submissions can show differentiation and add value to the broader field of HR&D.
We will inform those shortlisted by the panel in May.
