Letter responding to an employee who has complained under a whistleblowing procedure

This letter invites an employee ‘blowing the whistle’ to a meeting to discuss the concern raised. It informs the employee who will conduct the meeting, and who will attend to take notes. It also advises the employee that s/he may be bring a companion, who can be either a work colleague or a trade union official, to the meeting.
