Reward management survey

Reward banner 2015

The thirteenth annual survey of UK reward management is based on responses received from 525 organisations, across private, public and third sectors. The main aim of the research is to provide readers with a benchmarking and information resource in respect of current and emerging practice in UK reward management. The report found that even though the UK's economy grew by 2.6% in 2014, organisations still aren’t positioning employee pay competitively at the top 10% of their sector.

"‘Communication around pay and other employment rewards
remains both managerially challenging and controversial."
