The tools come in a variety of different forms. Some tools are designed to provide a diagnostic element for participants with self-assessment and 360 feedback questionnaires; other tools are informative with handouts to read through and checklists to assess progress. There are also tools based on group activities with worksheets and discussion points, case studies, and role play activities.

Whilst the tools are listed in each of the topics in a suggested order, Interpersonal skills ToolClicks has been designed to enable you to select the particular tools and resources that you want to develop and work with as part of your overall course structure that you have designed.
