Interpersonal skills are something we rarely think about. The purpose of this tool, therefore, is to get people thinking about which skills they could usefully develop. Some people consider their interpersonal skills only when they experience a problem, whereas others work at continual development - ensuring that their skills are always as good as they can be. The tool contains a questionnaire intended to provoke thought, rather than produce a psychological profile, so the points are straightforward rather than concealed.
