This communication tool requires team members to take on different roles and make a claim for an additional member of staff. The leader of each team then has to make a claim for one additional member of staff to the 'Chief Executive'. The focus is therefore on how well the team leaders go about the task of achieving consensus within their respective teams.
The tool is suitable for a wide range of participants and is designed for syndicates consisting of a leader, one observer, and four or more team members (depending on the physical resources available). You can always add or amend team roles to suit your own circumstances.
