Conflict in organisations

This tool has been designed to help the delegates place conflict in context. Covering one-to-one and team disputes, this practical tool will provide delegates with an understanding of the forms that conflict takes and the impact is has on an organisation. Using a 'conflict audit', delegates will be able to place the learning from this session into the context of their own organisations. This exercise has been design to make the session real to them and to reinforce the impact that conflict has on organisations.
