The purpose of this tool is to help participants understand what the elements of conflict are. The session will explore the three elements of conflict - physical, emotional and mental. The session will provide delegates with knowledge of the elements that need to exist for conflict to occur. Content then moves on to investigate why people get into conflict, and then why people get stuck in conflict situations.
