Understanding negotiating concepts and learning negotiating skills is one thing, but negotiating requires more than skill – it requires a belief that negotiating is OK, acceptable and normal. What if your participants are not natural negotiators? They may struggle to reach their full potential. This tool encourages them to think about how readily they negotiate.
