Understanding needs at work

The purpose of this activity is to help participants understand human needs, to assess the needs that are most important to them at work and to gauge the degree to which their work needs are being met. This enables participants to consider ways in which they may wish to develop at work, the roles and responsibilities they may seek to take on and, importantly, how this may affect their own dealings with difficult people at work.
