Many people need the ability to persuade. They might be in sales, internal consultancy or social work; they might be engineers, trainers or customer service staff. Persuading the wrong way can cause problems. Conversely, persuading the right way not only increases the chances of success but also has a beneficial effect on the quality of decisions, relationships and personal credibility. This tool takes participants through a persuading process called the persuasive funnel, highlights the skills needed to use it effectively, and illustrates its benefits.
