Delegating to others

Having recognised that we haven't necessarily the time to do everything ourselves, delegation is a key way of getting more done by making better use of the resources available. There are many good reasons for delegation, including developing staff involvement and buy-in, and development of emergency cover.

  • To position delegation within the context of time management and personal organisation, and to identify activities that are useful and appropriate for participants to delegate.
