Identifying if tasks are urgent or important

Once new managers know what to do, two questions probably spring to mind: what order should the tasks be done in, and how much time should be spent on each task? This tool explores the difference between 'urgent' and 'important' - 'urgency' suggesting when to do it and 'importance' suggesting how long to spend on it.
