Neuroscience in action: applying insight to L&D practice

Building on previous CIPD research which looked at how behavioural science can be applied to learning and development, this report looks at the wider applications for HR and in particular its relevance to workplace behaviour and performance. Many of the insights into how our minds work have direct relevance to key HR issues, such as recruitment, people management, learning and development and organisational change.
