Agreeing personal learning objectives

When running a training course, you will have some specific learning objectives that you want to achieve, as agreed with the programme sponsor. However, in addition to this, you may want to encourage course participants to identify their own personal learning objectives. Encouraging participants to share their personal learning objectives will help you to understand any specific areas they wish to address. You can then help them to achieve these objectives.
