Having designed and run a really engaging training programme you need to continue to motivate and engage learners afterwards. This helps them to remember what they learned and most important of all, it helps them to embed what they’ve learned back into their workplace. You’ll need to enlist the help of other stakeholders because they are the people with the most impact after a learning event.
