Designing a group exercise

Group exercises help to ensure course participants stay engaged and interested in their training. Encouraging people to work in teams gives them a chance to work collaboratively together, sharing ideas and learning from each other. Group exercises are also useful for changing the pace and energy after an intensive or challenging session.
