Ending the coaching relationship

Last Published  01 August 2012

Ending any relationship can have an impact on the participants, and it is best to formalise the process in coaching so that the ending is clean and things do not feel 'unfinished'. A formal close also gives the coach and coachee an opportunity to review their key learning and achievements during the time spent working together.
