Conversation behaviours questionnaire

The purpose of this tool is to help managers understand and obtain feedback on the behaviours that enable great conversations. Following a description of the behaviours involved and an explanation of the context in which they are used, managers are given a questionnaire which is to be completed by individuals selected by managers. The questionnaire is to be returned to and analysed by a third party of the manager's choice. The results are then fed back to managers.

    • active listening 
    • asking open questions 
    • stating views 
    • making suggestions
