The purpose of this tool is to help managers review the way in which they currently exchange information in their teams and decide how to improve this. The process involves an initial briefing, some individual preparation by all the team and a team meeting. The actions agreed at the team meeting are carried through afterwards, and a review of progress is held at agreed times.
