Using positive stories to support change

This tool involves a short and very straightforward approach to identifying stories that support courses of action that managers are wanting to take or changes that managers are wanting to make. Following a short introduction, the tool asks managers to target a specific, desired change in the team and identify a number of positive stories that provide evidence that the proposed change works.
