Assessing personal style

It is important to understand how a manager's personal style, needs and preferences influence how they deal with difficult people and difficult situations at work. This tool asks participants to assess and understand their personal style preferences when interacting with the world and with people at work. It will help them to appreciate different approaches to work, encourage them to consider how other people might find them difficult, and increase their understanding and tolerance of difficult behaviour they experience in others.
