Assessing when help is needed

There are always going to be times where employees cannot sort out things for themselves, either individually or as a team. It is at that point that help is needed - this will probably come from the team manager. This tool helps us to understand when to ask for help and to be clear about what help we need and why. It will set the boundaries for seeking help.
