Good communication is essential when you are running any team - and more so when you don't communicate face to face as often as you would with a 'home team'. The communication cycle is complicated and effortful to put into practice, and every now and then it is a good idea to remind yourself and your team just what they need to think about when communicating with you, each other and your customers.
