Establishing trust in remote working

Not only is a remote team far away from their manager, but often their manager is unnecessarily remote from them. This tool highlights management behaviours that lead to trust (or lack of it). It allows managers of remote teams to understand what trust issues might occur between remote workers and their manager. Use this tool when managers are new to managing remote workers or as a refresher in case relationships become strained.

  • To diagnose behaviours that might lead to a lack of trust between the remote team and their manager.
