Managers can often exacerbate feelings of stress in their employees through their own behaviour and approach. At the other end of the spectrum, managers can also play a critical role in minimising the experience of stress. To do this effectively, managers need to know where stress can emanate from and who is likely to be at risk. This tool will stimulate discussion and analysis of the likely sources of stress for different groups within the business.
