Areas of concern for teams

This tool is a team exercise involving the listing of areas of concern, followed by a team discussion focusing on exactly what the team can or cannot do in respect of each issue raised, and the generating of an action plan for those areas of concern on which positive action can be taken.

Tool aims
  • To help managers and team members openly discuss issues of concern 
  • To provide a simple way of distinguishing between those issues that the team can influence and those that they cannot 
  • To decide which issues the team will take action on and which issues the team will not address.
