Self assessment questionnaire - getting and staying organised

This tool is a self-assessment questionnaire that enables managers to reflect on their own view of how well they exhibit 12 of the behaviours inherent in getting and staying organised as a manager. The tool also has an additional option for obtaining feedback from others against the same 12 behaviours by using a complementary questionnaire designed to obtain the views of others.

  • To help managers create an initial benchmark of effectiveness in each area of getting and staying organised
  • To help managers identify the areas of personal organisation that they want/need to develop the most.
