This tool provides two documents that can be used to measure performance over time. The first is a list of key performance indicators (KPIs). The second is based on the work of the CIPD Human Capital Panel. It includes business issues and performance outcome measures. These have been applied to key HR activities but, as most of these may well be devolved to managers, you can use this template to help create a set of measures that can be used in any situation.
