Keeping track of performance

Agreeing performance with staff is only one of the actions necessary for effective performance management. Another is feedback. To give high-quality feedback, managers need data and observations which come from monitoring staff performance. This tool will enable participants to appreciate the benefits to themselves and their staff of monitoring performance. It will also help them generate motivating ways of monitoring performance and determine how they will keep track of the performance of their own staff.
