Addressing poor performance

This tool uses personal reflection on the part of managers and discussion with their manager, colleagues, peers and HR manager. The ideas collected from these discussions are combined with a list of ideas given and matched with each poor performer. The result is a set of actions to take to improve the individual's performance.
