There are times when high performance can be elusive. The distinction between achievers and non-achievers can be obvious when looking at their output, but what it is that causes their performance to be so different is often more difficult to spot. This tool helps participants to identify what leads to good performance by introducing them to 'the five elements'. It then encourages them to consider the actions they need to take to ensure that those elements are in place for their own staff.
