Extending high performers

Through personal reflection and talking to others, managers are encouraged to develop a range of activities/initiatives that are useful for extending high-performers. Following this, managers arrive at an action plan for each high-performer through a one-to-one discussion.

Tool aims
  • To explore how to improve the performance of high-performers in the team.
  • To identify specific challenges for up to three high-performers.
