Managing objective-setting meetings

Having covered all the key preparation, managers are now ready to cascade the organisation's objectives to their team members. They can do this best in a one-to-one meeting with each person in which they both have the opportunity to discuss the objectives in detail, what will be required to achieve them and what resources or support may be required.
