Clarifying high performance

This tool presents an intuitive approach to pinpointing aspects of high performance. By describing the differences between someone who is under-performing, performing satisfactorily and performing well in a given job, participants highlight the aspects of performance that make a genuine difference. Those aspects can then be used to assess performance more accurately and to target staff development more precisely
