Reviewing performance management data in learning needs analysis

Within the performance management and review process, all employees in the organisation are required to consider their learning needs. This means that the content of the documentation generated from this process can be used to feed into the learning needs analysis project and thereby avoid duplication of effort.

  • To demonstrate to participants how they can use the documentation from the last performance management and review process to feed into the identification of their own learning needs.
