Using performance-related data in learning needs analysis

Existing employee data from other HR processes can be introduced into the learning needs analysis to enhance the analysis and avoid duplication of effort. Performance data adds an objective piece of information to the learning needs analysis process that will support the discussions between managers and their employees on identifying learning needs.
